My this useful post is about Labor ban in Qatar under Qatar labor law. This post is for new job seekers. According to Qatar Labor law, if employee want to change job from one sponsor to another sponsor, than employee should obtain NOC. Keep in mind if sponsor not agree to give you NOC, than without NOC employee have to face two years labor ban/Visa ban under Qatar labor law. Employee will not able to come back to Qatar during Ban Period.
But it may change ban from two years to six months this year. Because its same that the Qatar sponsorship situation owing to 2022 World Cup is likely to bring some major changes to the ban period.
